Join the Coalition & Support Alaska’s Private Nonprofit Salmon Hatcheries
Salmon Hatcheries for Alaska (SHFA) is coordinating a structured coalition of organizations, entities, and leaders in advance of the March Board of Fisheries meeting and beyond. This coalition is intended to demonstrate broad, informed support for Alaska’s private nonprofit salmon hatchery program and its role in sustainable fisheries management.
Participation through this form allows organizations (nonprofit, tribal, for-profit, etc.) to be listed as coalition supporters in a clear, organized, and accurate manner. It is designed to ensure that support is documented efficiently, consistently, and in a way that aligns with regulatory processes and the Board of Fisheries framework. The information collected will also enable SHFA to coordinate outreach strategically, understand each organization’s preferred style and capacity for engagement, and support effective advocacy in both the near and longer term.
